Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to ensure that any proposed alteration to the voting structure in the Legislative Council (including altering the voting ability of the President) or the Legislative Assembly (including altering the voting ability of the Speaker), will require the second reading and third readings of the Bill to pass with the concurrence of an absolute majority of the members of the Legislative Council and Assembly, and receive the approval of the electors in a referendum. |
