Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to deal with a number of administrative issues requiring amendments to the Supreme and District Courts Acts, the Liquor Licensing Act and the Local Courts Act. Specifically the Bill proposes reform in the areas of: Mediation in the Supreme Court; Establishment and review of court fees in the higher courts; Judicial support staff in the higher courts; Appointment of Commissioners to the District Court
The Liquor Licensing Court; and
The payment of judgement debts in the Local Court. |
