The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Superannuation and Family Benefits Act 1938 to allow widowers access to the benefits of a deceased wife's superannuation (who was employed in the Public Service and had superannuation with the Government Employees Superannuation Fund) from the Government Employees Superannuation Fund. |
