Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to repeal the amendments imposed on the university Acts (Curtin University of Technology Act 1966; Edith Cowan Universlity Act 1984; Murdoch University Act 1973; University of Notre Dame Australia Act 1989 and the University of Western Australia Act 1911) by the Voluntary Membership of Student Guilds and Associations Act 1994. Also, to amend the Acts of the public universities in relation to the Guilds and to amend the Acts of the public universities to enable them to establish a student amentities and service fee. |
