I refer to the tender document
titled ''Provision of Non-Lethal Shark Management Alert in Real Time
(SMART) Drumline Services'' tabled in the Legislative Council on
Thursday, 14 February 2019.
(1) Has the
nonlethal SMART drum line operations manual now been drafted and provided to
the successful tenderer?
(2) If yes to (1), will the minister
table the document; and, if not, why not?
(3) If no to (1), when does the
minister expect the document will be finalised?
