Synopsis
The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Unclaimed Money (Superannuation and RSA Providers) Act 2003 and the State Superannuation Act 2000 to provide for the transfer of the stock, and ongoing responsibility, of lost and unclaimed superannuation money held by Western Australian public authorities and public sector superannuation schemes to the Australian Taxation Office.
