Terms of Reference:On 9 September 2014 the Legislative Council referred the Custodial Legislation (Officers Discipline) Amendment Bill 2013 to the Committee to inquire and report by 28 October 2014. On 23 October 2014 the Legislative Council granted an extension of the reporting date to 11 November 2013.
