About the Tour and Taste of Parliament program
Your group will enjoy a guided tour of Parliament House, followed by lunch in the Members’ Dining Room, hosted by one of our knowledgeable Parliamentary Education Presenters.
Tour
The tour commences at 11:00 am, with lunch concluding at approximately 1:45 pm. Please assemble at the main entrance at 10:55 am.
Taste
Enjoy a three course lunch from the a la carte menu, with a glass of beer, wine or soft drink, and finish the meal with a tea or coffee. The cost is $50 per person.
Bookings and payment
Bookings will be taken for groups between 12 and 19 people. The group leader is to collect payment from the group prior to the tour. On the day of the visit the group leader will be required to make one total payment for the group by credit card.
What to wear
The dress code for the Dining Room is business standard, with no offensive or political slogans, denim or sports shoes. Please note that men are required to wear a jacket and/or tie.
What to bring
Only bags smaller than A4 size are permitted at Parliament House, so please leave large bags and backpacks at home. Please note photography is not permitted at Parliament House.

Our website contains information on getting to Parliament House. Visitor parking can be accessed via the southern driveway from Harvest Terrace.
