Acts Amendment (Abortion) Bill 1998

Long Title The purpose of this Bill is to amend The Criminal Codeto remove offences related to procurring abortion, to amend the Health Act 1911to regulate the performance of abortion and, as a consequence, to amend the Evidence Act 1906. This Bill was orginallly introduced into the Legislative Council with the title Crimal Code Amendment (Abortion) Bill 1998.
