Civil Procedure (Representative Proceedings) Bill 2019

Synopsis The purpose of this bill is to provide for representative proceedings in civil proceedings in the Supreme Court. It introduces a legislative representative proceedings regime in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, which regime is substantially modelled on Part IVA of the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 (Cth).
