Long Title | The purpose of this Bill is -
to require the Minister to give to the parties to an appeal written reasons for the Minister’s determination on a planning appeal; to require the Minister to publish those reasons in the Government Gazette within 14 days of the determination taking effect; and
provides that a copy of those reasons can be supplied to any other person upon payment of a fee. |
