The Legislative Council passed a resolution on March 21 2002 to extend the reporting date from March 31 2002 to April 18 2002, and passed another resolution on April 10 2002 to extend the date for this report to be tabled from April 18 2002 to May 9 2002. Due to a change of its terms of reference on April 11 2002, Committee membership reduced by two members. Due to this Hon Paddy Embry and Hon Ed Dermer subsituting for Hon Adele Farina no longer participated on the Committee.
