The electorate of Swan Hills is located in the East Metropolitan Region and includes all or parts of the City of Swan and the Shire of Mundaring.

Comprising of all or parts of the localities of Aveley, Avon Valley National Park, Bailup, Baskerville, Beechina, Brigadoon, Bullsbrook, Chidlow, Ellenbrook, Gidgegannup, Herne Hill, Melaleuca, Middle Swan, Millendon, Mt Helena, Sawyers Valley, The Lakes, The Vines, Upper Swan, Walyunga National Park and Wooroloo.

Area - 1,334 km²
