I refer to Mining Lease 15/621 and a February 2020 Australian Stock Exchange announcement by Bulletin Resources who reportedly has sold the Gecko gold project to Habrok (Geko Pit )Pty Ltd, and I ask
(a) as of the 1 May 2020, can the Minister advise who is owner of the tenement shown in the Department of Minerals Industry and Resources (DMIRS) Mineral Titles Register and, if not, in the register whom actually owns M15/621;
(b) if no to (a), why not;
(c) can the Minister advise on what specific date Habrok (Gecko Pit) Pty Ltd commenced mining operations on Mining Lease 15/621 and other mining tenements;
(d) if no to (c), why not;
(e) can the Minister advise whether stamp duty has been paid to register a transfer with DMIRS for the above referred to announcement made in February 2020;
(f) if no to (e), why not;
(g) can the Minister advise whom is responsible under the Mining Act 1978 and Mines Safety Inspection Act 1994 for accidents or fatalities on Mining Lease 15/621 given that Coolgardie Minerals Ltd may have a receiver manager appointed; and
(h) if no to (g), why not?

(b) Not applicable

(c) No

(d) The registered operator name is Coolgardie Minerals Limited. As at 29 May 2020, Habrok (Geko Pit) Pty Ltd is not a registered operator of any mining operations on any mining tenement.

(e) No

(f) As at 29 May 2020 a transfer of interest has not been lodged with the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.

(g) The registered manager – Mr Stuart John Lister.
