I refer to the Joondalup Drive–Wanneroo
Road flyover project.
(1) Was this project a ''high-priority
initiative'' as classified by Infrastructure Australia?
(2) What was the justification for
this project?
(3) Can the
minister table the ''projected levels of congestion'' that she
referred to in her June 2018 statement?
(4) Was any local business or
community consultation performed?
(5) When was this project put out
for public tender or were specific companies invited to tender?
Hon

election commitment.

information.
[See paper 4179.]
(4) Yes.
(5) An expression of interest from
industry was called in September 2017.
