refer to condition EE of the approval for the Three Oceans development, and I
ask, is it intended that the hotel rooms cannot be sold as individual strata
lots at all, or only that they may not be sold in a sales process that allows
owners to opt out of a management agreement with the hotel operator?

The intend of advice notice EE of the approval is for the whole hotel to be operated and maintained by a single hotel operator.
