HOUSING — BENTLEY 360 PROJECT
305. Hon TIM CLIFFORD to the minister representing the Minister for Housing:
(1) I refer to the minister's media statement of 6 April 2018 about the Bentley 360 project. I acknowledge that the development is still in the early stages; however, could the minister provide an indication of the anticipated mix of housing allocations by indicating what percentage of the 1 500 to 2 000 new homes will be allocated to public rental housing, community housing, affordable housing and private housing?
(2) What is the number of rental housing properties available at Bentley Towers?
