Hon
STEPHEN DAWSON replied:
I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided to me by
the Minister for Police. The Western Australia Police Force advises the following.
(1) The reason or
circumstance for which a person has been charged with an offence under section
101 of the Children and Community Services Act 2004 is unable to be determined
due to the reporting capabilities of the Western Australia Police Force prosecutions
system.
(2)–(3) Requests
for court outcomes–related data or statistics should be directed to the
Attorney General because the Department of Justice is the agency responsible
for the capture and maintenance of this information.
