I refer the minister to her response
to question 143 asked on Tuesday, 15 March 2022.
(1) Has the Western
Australia Police Force notified the Department of Communities whether it
intends to prosecute any of the 13 public officers in part (1) of that
response?
(2) If yes to (1), how many?
(3) Has the Corruption and Crime Commission and the Western
Australia Police Force notified the Department of Communities whether it
intends to prosecute any of the eight public officers referred to in (2)?
(4) If yes to (3), how many?
