88. Hon COLIN HOLT to the minister representing the
Minister for Transport:
I refer to the minister's
answers to question without notice 36 regarding 229 Yalinda Drive, Gelorup.
(1) What specific
communication has Main Roads WA had with the owners of the property and when
did those communications occur?
(2) Is the minister able to table
those documents? If yes, please table them.
(3) Given the
owners are clearly concerned with the Bunbury Outer Ring Road, will the
minister direct Main Roads WA to visit the property owners and discuss those
concerns?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided by the
Minister for Transport.
(1) Main Roads advises that it corresponded with the
owners of 229 Yalinda Drive regarding the Bunbury Outer Ring Road
project by email on 19 occasions between May 2018 and February 2020 and by
phone on six occasions between June 2018 and February 2020.
(2) Main Roads
advises that these documents contain personal information and it is
inappropriate to table such information in Parliament.
(3) Main Roads
will continue to discuss any concerns the owners of 229 Yalinda Drive may have
regarding the project directly with them.
