I refer to recommendation 2a in the
final report of the sustainable health review regarding banning unhealthy food
and drink promotions from all state premises.
(1) Has any progress been made on
addressing this recommendation?
(2) If yes to (1), what progress?
(3) If no to (1), why not?

(2) I have been
advised by the Department of Health that further time is required to answer
this part of the question. An answer will be provided by 3 December 2019.
