MINISTERIAL OFFICES — CHIEFS OF STAFF
74. Hon PETER COLLIER to the Leader of the House representing the Premier:
(1) Has there been any change to the role of chief of staff in any ministerial office since March 2017?
      (2) If yes to (1), in which office or offices; when did the change or changes take place; and who was replaced and with whom?
(3) If yes to (1), did the departing chief of staff receive any payout; and, if yes, how much?
Hon SUE ELLERY replied:
I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1) Yes.
      (2) Acting chief of staff Matthew Keogh in Hon Alannah MacTiernan's ministerial office resigned on 5 September 2017 and was replaced by Darren Lundberg on 4 October 2017. Chief of staff Erik Locke in Roger Cook's ministerial office resigned on 16 February 2018 and was replaced by acting chief of staff Neil Fergus on 19 February 2018. The date of resignation of chief of staff Kathleen Digwood in Hon Sue Ellery's ministerial office is 3 April 2018—it has not taken effect yet—and she will be replaced by Elizabeth Carey on 3 April 2018.
