I
refer to the provision of nurses in regional Western Australia, and
I ask:
(a) since
1 January 2019, how many nursing positions by FTE and number have been
advertised by the WA Country Health Service and their respective locations;
(b) of those identified in (a), how many were unable
to be filled as a result of the recruitment process; and
(c) what
was the reason for each vacancy that remained unfilled?

The following information is provided for nursing positions advertised for the period from 1 January 2019 to 6 August 2019
(a) 248 Registered Nursing and Enrolled Nursing positions equalling 373.50 FTEs were advertised between 1 January 2019 and 6 August 2019.
