Question
I refer to question on notice No. 731, answered on 10 April 2018, and I ask:
(a) how does the Minister justify the claim that the information relating to employee pay level and years of continuing public service are 'confidential' when the Minister provided this information in answers to question on notice No. 768 on 11 April 2018 in relation to the Geraldton Camp School;
(b) I ask again, will the Minister please identify each position, their employment status, pay level and years of continuing public service for the Moora Residential College and the Geraldton Camp School; and
(c) if no to (b), when does the Minister intend to fulfil the obligations with respect to section 82 of the Financial Management Act 2006?

a) The information requested has now been provided.
When preparing the response to the current question, the Department of Education has identified that some awards that apply to employees at these sites were incorrect or omitted. They are corrected in the current response. I apologise to the House for this error.
b) The following information is current effective 11 June 2018.
As the information has been updated, some of it is different to the responses provided in April 2018, due to staff movements.
c) Not applicable.
