I refer to the Cleanaway waste
Banksia Road landfill site in Dardanup.
(1) Has the
Department of Water and Environmental Regulation undertaken an audit or
investigation of waste acceptance as part of its compliance and enforcement
program in the last five years?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Will the minister please table
the report findings?
(4) Has DWER
completed its investigation into two recent landfill fires at the site; and —
(a) if yes, will the minister please
table the results; and
(b) if no, when is it likely to be
completed?
Hon
