the Minister for Planning:
I refer to the State Design Review
Panel process.
(1) For the 2019,
2020 and 2021 calendar years, how many projects were assessed by the State
Design Review Panel?
(2) How many
projects have been assessed by the State Design Review Panel throughout this
year to date?
(3) How many
projects are awaiting assessment by the State Design Review Panel?
(4) For parts (1) to (3), how many
are state government projects, and which specific projects?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) In 2019, eight projects were
assessed; in 2020, 39 projects; and in 2021, 37 projects.
(2) Twenty projects have been
assessed.
(3) Three projects are awaiting
assessment.
(4) For 2019,
there were three projects, being Metronet Ellenbrook station, Metronet Whiteman
Park station and Metronet Yanchep station. For 2020, there were eight projects,
being Metronet Midland station, Metronet Alkimos station, Metronet Yanchep
station, Swan River crossings, Metronet Bayswater station, the State Football
Centre, the Metronet Byford rail extension and the Queen Elizabeth II Medical
Centre design guidelines. For 2021, there were eight projects, being the
Metronet inner Armadale level crossing removal, Metronet Ellenbrook station,
Metronet Whiteman Park station, the John Forrest National Park visitor precinct, Swan River crossings, Metronet
Morley station, Edith Cowan University city campus and Montario Quarter
lot 46. For 2022 to date, there have been eight projects, being Montario
Quarter lot 46, the Fremantle police complex, Metronet inner Armadale level
crossing removal, Swan River crossings, the John Forrest National Park visitor
precinct, Metronet Byford rail extension–Byford station, Metronet
Byford rail extension–Armadale station and Metronet Midland station.
There are such a lot
of things happening.
