I refer to your answer to Legislative Council question on notice 1438, answered on 28 June 2018 and the paper tabled on 29 November 2018, and I ask, when will you comply with section 82 of the Financial Management Act 2006 in relation to the redactions made by the Minister to the document that I have sought?
