BROOME–CAPE LEVEQUE ROAD — UPGRADE
306. Hon KEN BASTON to the minister representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the Broome–Cape Leveque Road upgrade project.
(1) Is water drilling required for this project?
(2) If yes to (1), has a water drilling service been procured?
(3) If yes to (2),what procurement method was used to obtain the water drilling service?
Hon STEPHEN DAWSON replied:
I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1)–(2) Yes.
(3) The service was provided via a select tender approach, in line with the Main Roads procurement process.
