ELECTION COMMITMENTS
675. Hon PETER COLLIER to
the Leader of the House representing the Premier:
I ask this question on behalf of Hon
Michael Mischin, who is on urgent parliamentary business.
I refer to my questions without
notice 266, asked on 22 June 2017, and 512, asked on 27 June 2018, about
progress on the ''200 Fresh Ideas For WA'' pre-election
commitment 19, ''Introduce a category for Best LGBTI Employer of the
Year''.
(1) Has the government fulfilled
that commitment; and, if not, why not?
(2) If the government has fulfilled
the commitment, when and how was that done?
(3) If the government has fulfilled
the commitment, where would one find the detail?
(4) Has anyone
been awarded best LGBTI employer of the year since the election; and, if so,
who and when, and for whom did they earn the award?

(1)–(4) The
Public Sector Commission advises that this commitment is being delivered
through a new best practice in LGBTI inclusion award in the Institute of Public
Administration Australia WA Achievement Awards 2020.
