I refer to the minister's
answer to my question on notice 151 and to the MNS reference group.
(1) What reason
did the group give the Chief Health Officer for the recommended changes to form
2?
(2) On what date
and in what form was that recommendation made?
(3) Is the group's
recommendation and reasons contained in any written document?
(4) If yes to
(3), will the minister table those documents?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. I have been advised by the Department of Health
that further time is required to answer this question. The information will be
provided to the honourable member by 17 August 2021.
