refer to the approved $227 million for the Subiaco East redevelopment, and I ask:
(a) could
the Minister please itemise the items and amount for each item included in
these funds; and
(b) which,
if any, stages of the development of the Bob Hawke College have been included
in this $227 million?

(a) The $227 million for the Subiaco East redevelopment consists of:
- Subiaco Oval demolition - $34m
- Princess Margaret Hospital demolition - $56m
- Land development cost - $137m
