representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to the response to question
without notice 627 asked on 10 August 2022 and the evaluation currently being
undertaken on the impact of the Public Health Amendment (Immunisation
Requirements for Enrolment) Act 2019 on immunisation rates in Western Australia.
(1) Who is undertaking the review?
(2) Who has been or is intended to
be consulted as part of the review?
(3) Does the minister intend to
publicly release the outcomes of the review?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) It is the Curtin University
Collaboration for Evidence, Research and Impact in Public Health.
(2) The following groups are intended to be consulted
as part of the evaluation: families with one or more children aged under five years who meet at least one
exemption category; families residing in regional WA; childcare service providers; community kindergarten
providers; government schools that provide a pre-kindergarten and/or kindergarten program; non-government
schools that provide a pre-kindergarten and/or kindergarten program;
childcare service providers and/or schools from regional WA; immunisation providers
based in the metropolitan area; and immunisation providers based in regional
WA.
