I refer to the Railway and Port (The Pilbara Infrastructure Pty Ltd) Agreement Amendment Bill 2018, and I ask:
(a) will the Minister table a list of dates when Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) has met with the Minister, department employees, or any agencies in relation to this bill:
(i) if no to (a), why not; and
(b) will the Minister table any correspondence and minutes from any meetings between FMG and the Minister, the department or any agencies in relation to this bill, redacting any commercial in confidence information:
(i) if no to (b), why not?

(a) The Department has regular meetings with FMG with regard to the Company’s projects. The Department met with FMG and discussed the Bill on:

(i) Government regularly receives correspondence from commercial parties in relation to proposed or current legislation. Many of these documents, and the subsequent discussions around them, understandably centre on commercial operations and therefore commercial in confidence.
