I refer to question on notice 2878, answered on 14 May 2020, and I ask:
(a) will the Minister please table a list of all the sites and locations of the 463 section 18 applications, for sites on land described as mining leases, previously identified in question on notice 2878; and
(b) if no to (a), why not?

(a)-(b) This information will take a considerable amount of time and resources to collate. The Minister has requested the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage to commence reviewing the relevant section 18 applications, but it may be some months before this process is completed.
