CITY OF SUBIACO — DENSITY TARGET

1168. Hon PETER COLLIER to the minister representing the Minister for Planning:

I refer to the ''Central Sub-regional Planning Framework'' for Perth and Peel@3.5million.

(1) Does this latest document increase the density target for the City of Subiaco from previous targets?

(2) If yes to (1), what is the increase in density for the City of Subiaco in both percentage terms and total number of houses and apartments?

(3) Did the City of Subiaco make a submission to the Western Australian Planning Commission or the Department of Planning as part of the development of this new framework?

(4) If yes to (3), what density, in both percentage and number of dwelling units, did the City of Subiaco propose?

I thank the Leader of the Opposition for some notice of the question.

(1) No.

(2) The density target for the City of Subiaco in the advertised draft ''Central Sub-regional Planning Framework'' was 6 200 in 2015 and the finalised number is 6 140 in 2018.

(3)–(4) The City of Subiaco's submission in August 2015 states —

2. Advise the Western Australian Planning Commission of its in principle support for the over-arching Perth and Peel@3.5million report and draft Central Sub-Regional Planning Framework subject to:

(l) � revised infill housing targets in the Central—Sub Regional Planning Framework are supported �
