Minister for Local Government:
I refer to the Premier's
media statement of 9 February titled ''McGowan Government to introduce
legislation to end puppy farming''.
(1) For what purpose was the Stop
Puppy Farming Implementation Working Group formed?
(2) What
community, industry and stakeholder groups, and individuals did the working
group directly meet and consult with?
(3) What are the terms of reference, current and past
memberships, and all meeting dates of the working group?
(4) Will the minister please table —
(a) all minutes of any meetings held
by the puppy farming working group; and
(b) any reports,
submissions, briefings or papers submitted to government by the working group?
