I refer to the minister's
office's request of the Pilbara Ports Authority ''to provide
copies of a number of documents relating to the contractual arrangements for a �
port service provider''.
(1) Which port service provider was
the minister referring to?
(2) Why did the minister request
contractual documents relating to that particular port service provider?

I thank the member for the question.
(1) I was referring to Odyssey
Marine.
(2) I requested the documents to provide them to the
State Solicitor's Office so that it could prepare comprehensive
advice on the legal aspects of the Pilbara Ports Authority's dealings
with Odyssey Marine.
