ASBESTOS DISEASES COMPENSATION BILL — REINTRODUCTION
272. Hon ROBIN CHAPPLE to the Leader of the House representing the Attorney General:
My question is C282. I refer to the Asbestos Diseases Compensation Bill 2013, introduced during private members' time by the now President of the Legislative Council of Western Australia, Hon Kate Doust, MLC, on 31 October 2013. Will the government seek to reintroduce this important piece of legislation; and, if not, why not?
