(1) Please provide the names of each member of any advisory body within the Minister’s portfolio over the current term of Government?
(2) In relation to (1), please indicate if any of these people receive any payments for their participation as members of the advisory body?
(3) If yes to (2), please identify those individuals and indicate how much they were paid for their participation as members of the advisory body over the current term of Government?
(4) Please indicate if any of the people who received payment were public servants?
(5) If yes to (4), please identify those individuals?
(6) Please indicate if any of the people who received payment were union officials?
(7) If yes to (6), please identify those individuals?
