Answered on 21 August 2018

WA Industrial Relations Commission:

(a) – (b) See tabled paper no.

(c)

(i) Members of the agency can search for records using the Department's Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS). Those records held off-site by third party private companies can be recalled via the Department's Records staff, using the third-party company's online portal.

(ii) The Department's records database is not available to other government agencies or to the public.  However information can be requested by members of other Government agencies or the public and the Department's Records staff can recall (if appropriate) those off-site records held by a third-party private company.

(iii) As above.

(iv) As above.
