Question
I refer to section 26A (2) (i) of the Fire Brigades Act 1942, and I ask:
(a) will the Minister please table a list of gifts received by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) Commissioner for the financial years 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19 including:
(i) the type of gift received (i.e. money, equipment, property or otherwise);
(ii) the financial value of that gift;
(iii) who provided the gift; and
(iv) when the gift was received; and
(b) will the Minister please table a list of gifts received by any DFES Deputy Commissioners, Executive Directors or Assistant Commissioners for the financial years 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19 including:
(i) the type of gift received (i.e. money, equipment, property or otherwise);
(ii) the financial value of that gift;
(iii) who provided the gift;
(iv) when the gift was received; and
(v) who received the gift?

(a) The following table has been provided stating the gifts received and accepted for Commissioner Wayne Gregson APM and Commissioner Darren Klemm AFSM for the years 2016-2017, 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. Commissioner Klemm was appointed in September 2017.
