I refer to the chief mechanical
engineer's building located at the Midland railway workshops.
(1) Has this building been sold?
(2) If so, to whom and when and for
how much?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) Yes.
(2) It was sold to Ivo Nominees Pty
Ltd on 15 December 2011 for $1 million.
