276. Hon ALISON XAMON to the Minister for Education and Training:
I refer to ''Training for the Future''.
(1) Will the government reinstate any TAFE courses closed under the Liberal government?
(2) If yes to (1), which courses?
(3) If no to (1), why not?
Hon SUE ELLERY replied:
I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1) The delivery of TAFE courses is subject to viable class sizes based on student demand. TAFE colleges can reactivate courses as required in response to increases in demand.
(2)–(3) Not applicable.
