DISASTER RECOVERY FUNDING ARRANGEMENT APPLICATIONS
576. Hon NEIL THOMSON to the Minister for Emergency Services:
I got advice from the office and I thank
the advisers because even though it is a complex question, they could answer it
today.
Please provide advice on the
following information for the Kimberley, Pilbara and Gascoyne local
governments.
(1) What is the
current number of disaster recovery funding arrangement applications from these
local governments related to road and flood
damage that sit with the Department of Fire and Emergency Services and
require the issuing of an Australian government reference number?
(2) What date were these
applications received?
(3) What was the
average length of time flood damage applications sat with DFES before the
issuing of an AGRN in the past three years?
(4) How many DFES FTE staff process
AGRN applications?
