Question

I refer to the network of "emergency phones" on the Western Australian road network, and I ask:
(a) how many emergency phones exist and on what roads (please provide a breakdown);
(b) how many were not working during 2017, 2018 and 2019 (please breakdown to month and locations);
(c) which department is responsible for the maintenance of the phones; and
(d) what are the service standards for these phones?
