I refer to the matters raised by the Corruption and Crime
Commission in its ''Report into bribery and corruption in maintenance
and service contracts within North Metropolitan Health Service''.
(1) Has the
State Solicitor's Office written to any of the 11 companies named in
the CCC report at any stage prior to 16 August 2018?
(2) If yes to
(1), on what date or dates, for what purpose, and at whose instruction did that
correspondence occur?
(3) If yes to (1) and (2), can copies of all relevant
correspondence be tabled?
