with the United Professional Firefighters Union?

The following information has been provided to me by the Minister for
Industrial Relations.
No.
(a) Not applicable.
(b) An
in-principle agreement was secured with the United Professional Firefighters
Union on 15 September 2020, subject to a ballot
of the union membership. A replacement agreement is subject to the ballot
outcome and registration with the Western Australian Industrial Relations
Commission.
