PATIENT ASSISTED TRAVEL SCHEME

948. Hon MARTIN ALDRIDGE to the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Health:

I refer to the patient assisted travel scheme in 2019–20.

(1) How many patients accessed the scheme by WA Country Health Service region?

(2) What was the total cost of the scheme by WACHS region?

(3) How many applications for PATS assistance have been rejected by WACHS by region?

(4) What are the five most common reasons applications in (3) are rejected?
