ROAD SAFETY — INDIAN OCEAN DRIVE
477. Hon MICHAEL MISCHIN to the minister representing the Minister for Road Safety:
(1) Did the Minister for Road Safety attend a meeting set to discuss the future of Indian Ocean Drive on Monday, 21 August 2017?
(2) If no to (1) —
(a) why not; and
(b) who attended in the minister's place?
(3) If yes to (1) —
(a) who else attended this meeting and in what capacity;
(b) where was the meeting held and at what time;
(c) what resolutions were agreed to in order to provide a safer road for locals and tourists alike;
(d) what extra funding will be required to meet these resolutions;
(e) where will these funds be sourced from; and
(f) what time lines are set in place for any improvements?
