With respect to all payments to each Local Projects Local Jobs (LPLJ) project funded by the Department of Premier and Cabinet since March 2017, I ask:
(a) what amount was paid;
(b) to whom was it paid;
(c) for what purpose was it paid, i.e. what conditions applied to the transfer;
(d) by what means was the money paid;
(e) when was the money paid; and
(f) who approved the release of funds and whose authority?

(f) The Director General, Department of the Premier and Cabinet, signed each grant agreement subsequent to the decision of the Expenditure Review Committee.
